Shipping Policy
- Processing time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery time
- 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days.
- Free shipping
- On all orders above ₹599.
- Shipping charge
- ₹60 flat for orders below ₹599.
- Courier partners
- Shiprocket / Delhivery / DTDC. Tracking link shared via WhatsApp and email once dispatched.
- Packaging
- All liquids are double-sealed and packed in bubble wrap. Glass bottles are individually cushioned.
Returns & Refunds
- Return window
- 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligible items
- Sealed, unopened products only. Products showing tampering are not eligible.
- Damaged in transit
- Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we will replace or refund, no questions asked.
- Non-returnable
- Perishables (ladoos, fresh powders) once opened. Clearance items.
- Refund timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

- Oils
- Premium food-grade glass bottles with tamper-evident seals.
- Powders
- Resealable food-grade kraft pouches with zip-lock closure.
- Ladoos
- Eco-friendly food-grade boxes lined with butter paper.
- Eco commitment
- We use recycled cardboard for outer shipping boxes. Zero plastic void-fill.
How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1

- Step 2
- We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
- Step 3
- A courier pickup will be arranged (prepaid return label for our fault; buyer-paid for change of mind).
- Step 4
- Refund or replacement processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
